Search & Selection
With search & selection, the candidate is hired directly by the client on a permanent contract. A one-time fee is charged, based on a percentage of the candidate’s gross annual full-time salary, including holiday pay and fixed benefits for the first year of employment.

Highly Skilled Migrants
For certain positions, particularly in the Technology, qualified candidates can be scarce within the Netherlands. In such cases, hiring a highly skilled migrant can be an effective solution. As a recognized IND sponsor, Rewire Recruitment enables candidates to start through both secondment and search & selection.

Secondment
By hiring a software expert on a secondment basis, you benefit from a dedicated and motivated professional for the agreed contract duration.
