What will you do?
We're looking for a Partnership Manager who can build strong international relationships, accelerate our growth, and help us scale into new markets. Are you energized by turning connections into valuable collaborations? Then read on!
What you'll do:
- Coach and advisor to our partners: you'll help them grow their business with the client as their strategic partner.
- Onboard new partners: you'll develop customized growth plans that ensure long-term success.
- Drive joint initiatives: you'll organize go-to-market campaigns and joint events that deliver measurable results.
- Expand into new markets: together with partners, you'll contribute to a growing sales pipeline and the client's continued scaling.
- Monitor and optimize performance: you'll analyze what works, what doesn't, and how we can improve processes for maximum impact.
- The connecting link: you'll act as a bridge between partners and our internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration. Represent the client in the ecosystem: you actively participate in the partner community through industry events, joint projects and thought leadership initiatives.
Who are you?
- At least 5 years of experience building and managing partnerships within a B2B SaaS environment.
- You are a natural relationship builder: people enjoy working with you and trust your approach.
- You have strong commercial acumen and know how to identify, develop, and translate business opportunities into sustainable growth.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing organization, are adept at prioritizing, and enjoy taking ownership of your projects.
- You have analytical skills and can use data to monitor and optimize partner performance and growth opportunities.
- You understand software ecosystems, integrations, and go-to-market strategies, and can guide partners in joint propositions.
- You work in a structured manner, are results-oriented, and know how to balance commercial interests with sustainable relationships.
- A background or network in management consulting, audit, advisory services, or risk, compliance, or governance is a plus.
- You have experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in English, spoken and written (Dutch is a strong asset).
What can you expect?
- A gross salary of €5,500 – €7,500 based on a 40-hour workweek.
- A performance-based incentive plan with bonus.
- A full travel allowance or company car.
- 25 vacation days + 3 additional days granted by the employer + 1 day off per quarter and 8% holiday allowance.

Founded in 2014, the client offers innovative software solutions for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The platform integrates process, risk, compliance, and audit management into a single, user-friendly system. Thanks to its flexible design, rapid implementation, and automatic integrations with other tools, they help organizations strengthen their risk management.
The client is growing rapidly, so there's plenty of room to make an impact. You'll work in a close-knit team of approximately 30 colleagues, including client service, developers, product thinkers, sales & marketing, and compliance experts, from a cozy office in The Hague (or part-time from home).
